Interested in learning more about the deposition, validation, and biocuration of structures determined using integrative and hybrid methods? Bring you questions to a virtual Office Hour.
Learn how to map 1D sequence annotations onto a 3D structure at RCSB.org.
This workshop will use Python scripting to explore and compare small molecules that bind to the SARS-CoV2 main protease. Participants will work in a Google CoLab environment and use a number of libraries heavily-used for cheminformatics.
Attendees will become proficient in leveraging various OneDep features and tools, including ORCiD management, validating data, submitting batches of structures, and completing depositions with minimal manual input.
Virtual events are recorded and posted to PDB-101.
